General Bonus T&cs

Introduction

These General Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all bonuses offered by Ggslot, including Casino Bonuses, Sports Bonuses, No Deposit Bonuses, Deposit Bonuses, Free Spins and Free Bets, and any promotional offers delivered via the Website, newsletters, SMS and on-site notifications. Where a promotion’s terms differ from these General Bonus Terms, the promotion-specific terms apply. If a conflict arises between the General Bonus Terms and the Website’s General Terms and Conditions, the General Bonus Terms shall prevail.

Definitions

In these terms, unless the context requires otherwise: a) Bonus means the promotional balance or free offers granted to the Player by Ggslot; b) Bonus Money refers to funds awarded as part of a bonus that remain subject to wagering requirements; c) Wagering Requirement means the number of times the Bonus Money and any winnings derived from it must be wagered before withdrawal; d) Fully Verified means the Player has completed identity and essential verification checks to the satisfaction of Ggslot; e) Excluded Territories are jurisdictions from which participation in promotions is prohibited; f) Promotion means any bonus, free spin, free bet or similar offer provided by Ggslot.

Eligibility and Account Integrity

Only one account is permitted per person, household, address, email, telephone number, bill payment method, and device. Ggslot may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts suspected of creating multiple profiles or otherwise exploiting promotions.
Participation in bonuses is restricted to eligible players. Ggslot reserves the right to refuse any bonus to any player or group of players at its sole discretion.
Bonuses are available only to fully verified players. Verification may require documents proving identity, age, address, and payment methods.
Promotions are subject to country restrictions. Players from certain territories may be excluded from promotions; the current eligible list is defined in the promotion terms and conditions.

General Provisions for All Bonuses

Bonuses are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. They cannot be sold or exchanged for cash except as provided by these terms.
Only English language terms published on the Website govern the interpretation of these terms; translations, if any, are for convenience and do not affect the English version.
Ggslot may update or cancel bonuses and promotions at any time; changes apply to new promotions and, where applicable, to ongoing offers as stated in the promotion terms.
All bonuses are intended for recreational play. Abusive, systematic or irregular play, collusion, use of betting systems, or any activity designed to exploit the bonus program may lead to the forfeiture of bonuses and winnings and possible account closure.
Bonuses may be withdrawn only after meeting the applicable wagering requirements and other terms specified for the offer, and provided that the account is fully verified and any other conditions are satisfied.
Ggslot reserves the right to revoke any bonus and winnings if obtained dishonestly or in breach of these terms.

Timeframes, Expiry and Activation

Bonuses are valid for seven (7) days from the date they are credited to the Player’s account, unless the promotion terms specify a different period. If wagering requirements are not met within the validity period, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be void.
Bonuses are automatically cancelled if the active balance falls to a nominal threshold defined in the applicable offer (for example, if the balance reaches a critical low level in the casino or sports balance).
A bonus can be canceled by the Player at any time prior to meeting wagering requirements. If canceled, the bonus amount and any winnings derived from the bonus are removed from the account balance.

One Bonus at a Time and Non-Stacking

Only one bonus may be active on a Player’s account at any given time. Bonuses cannot be combined or stacked with other bonuses or promotions unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.

Deposit Bonuses and No Deposit Bonuses

Deposit Bonuses: A minimum deposit may be required to receive the bonus. Welcome bonuses are generally tied to a first or subsequent deposit, and any existing Bonus Money balance may be reset when certain bonuses are claimed, as described in the offer terms.
No Deposit Bonuses: No Deposit Bonuses, Free Spins or Free Bets are granted without a deposit, subject to specific wagering and withdrawal limitations stated in the offer. The maximum withdrawal from no deposit bonuses is limited to a fixed cap and may be subject to additional country-specific conditions.

Wagering Requirements and Game Contributions

Wagering requirements apply to Bonus Money and any winnings derived from it. Winnings derived from deposited cash bets are generally withdrawable subject to standard withdrawal conditions.
The following game categories contribute to wagering as described below unless stated otherwise in the offer terms: Slots contribute 100%; Card games (including Baccarat and Blackjack) contribute 10%; Video Poker contributes 10%; Roulette contributes 10%; Other games contribute 10%; Sportsbook wagers contribute 0% unless the offer specifies otherwise.
Some games are excluded from wagering calculations. Common excluded games include Jackpot games and certain table, arcade or specialty games. The complete list of non-contributing games is defined in the offer terms.

Minimum and Maximum Bets During Wagering

While a bonus is active, the minimum bet (per spin or per selection) may be set to a threshold (for example, 0.50 EUR or currency equivalent). Bets below this amount do not count toward wagering.
During wagering, the maximum bet that may be placed when a bonus is active is capped (for example, 5.00 EUR or currency equivalent). Wagers above this cap may not contribute toward wagering and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings.

Withdrawal of Bonus-Related Winnings

Bonuses and any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn only after the wagering requirements have been met and the account is fully verified. Where a promotion imposes a cap on winnings, withdrawal requests are subject to that cap.
If a withdrawal request is made before wagering requirements are fulfilled, the bonus, the bonus-derived winnings, and any wagered amount will be deducted from the balance; the bonus will be considered forfeited.
Real money balances are used before Bonus Money when a bonus is active. When Bonus Money is exhausted, remaining winnings from bonus activity may be forfeited if the wagering requirements are not met.

Maximum Withdrawals and No-Deposit Caps

The maximum withdrawal amount for no-deposit bonuses and related winnings shall be limited to a defined cap per offer (for example, 50 USDT or equivalent in local currency).
For deposit-based welcome bonuses, the maximum withdrawal after satisfying wagering requirements is defined per offer (commonly up to several thousand units of currency or equivalent in local currency), and subject to verification and promotional terms.

Excluded Territories and Restricted Jurisdictions

Ggslot may restrict participation by country or region where required by law or operator policy. A current list of restricted jurisdictions is provided in the promotion terms and conditions. Players from restricted jurisdictions are ineligible to participate in promotions or to receive bonuses.

Abuse, Irregular Play and Sanctions

Examples of irregular play include using bonus funds to place high-risk or low-risk wagers to build up value, using betting systems, two-tier betting, making contradictory or repetitive bets, or depositing solely to claim bonuses.
Any attempt to manipulate promotions, collude with other players, or use multiple accounts to obtain more than the permitted number of bonuses may result in the forfeiture of bonuses and winnings and possible account closure.
Ggslot may audit, suspend or terminate accounts suspected of abuse, and reserves the right to reclaim or cancel any bonus or winnings where abuse is detected, including after the wagering period has begun.

Verification and Documentation

Ggslot reserves the right to request documentation to verify identity, age and address prior to crediting any bonus or promotional offer. Failure to provide requested documents may prevent bonus activation or withdrawal of winnings.
Bonuses are not available to players who cannot provide sufficient verification.

Changes, Language, Governing Law and Disputes

Ggslot reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion or bonus program at any time. Terms published on the Website are in English, and in case of discrepancies, the English version prevails.
In the event of a dispute, the decision of Ggslot is final and binding.
All promotion terms and conditions are subject to applicable laws and regulations and are governed accordingly by the jurisdiction under which Ggslot operates.

Miscellaneous

Nothing in these General Bonus Terms affects any other terms and conditions applicable to use of the Website, including but not limited to the General Terms and Conditions; where applicable, the General Terms and Conditions shall prevail if there is inconsistency with these bonus terms.
